Refund Policy

AVINITY is committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased for the AVINITY Portfolio Suite ("Service"), operated by Avinity Consulting L.L.C.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date. Refunds cover the amount paid at checkout for the initial term.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund you may either:

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page — cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 14 days of the renewal charge.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most billing questions are resolved much faster directly.
